All bookings and arrangements will be finalised directly through SAY Bridal Studio. Your appointment day and selected makeup service will be confirmed over the phone or WhatsApp following a partial nonrefundable payment for any bridal makeup packages.
Travel within Chennai is included into the pricing structure. However, locations outside of Chennai will require an additional travel surcharge, which will be individually discussed and agreed upon between the SAY Bridal Studio and client.
Payments can be made via cash, check, UPI, or a bank transfer. A 50% non refundable deposit is expected at the time of opting for the service to secure your wedding date on our calendars, cover your bridal trial, and reserve the makeup artists’ time on your big day.
Deposits are non-refundable if the wedding date is changed or called off. Any changes must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp. Last minute cancellations make it difficult to find new clients, so we appreciate as much advance notice as possible.
Makeup services will be provided wherever is most convenient for the bride and her wedding location. However, SAY Bridal Studio’s artists require a table, chair, trash can and access to power for airbrush equipment if applicable.
Ample lighting, whether natural daylight or lamps, is needed for applying makeup to the utmost perfection. Please ensure that all preparations are complete before the artist's arrival, scheduled 15 minutes in advance.
Clients are requested to be prepared to start makeup applications upon the artist's arrival. A list of individuals receiving services must be provided two weeks before the wedding, including their full names and desired services.
With full disclosure, SAY Bridal Studio may use photos taken during the trial or professional photoshoots for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Hygiene is a priority at SAY Bridal Studio. We sanitise all makeup products with utmost care. However, clients must disclose skin conditions or allergies before application. The studio is not responsible for any allergic reactions or complications from makeup use.
